There are two major questions in the management of law firms that have not yet been answered in the international literature on legal marketing: "What does a client really hire from a law firm or, in other words,what does a professional law firm really sell? and “Why are clients loyal to particular law firms?” Yes, it is surprising: lawyers and, by extension, other professionals are often unaware of both responses.
